   CJSC "Murom" is the largest dynamically developing company in the field of woodworking. For more than 75 years, CJSC "Moore" has been engaged in commercial - industrial activities on the international market.

   The construction of Murom plywood plant started in 1929. In 1996, on the basis of Murom plywood plant, CJSC "Murom" was founded.  

   In early 2007, a new line for plywood production was launched, consisting of the line peeling, “Grenzebach” drier (Germany), “Kitagawa” company press (Japan), “Hashimoto” edge-slice line (Japan).

   The mission of CJSC "Murom" is the desire for an integrated, through- production, provision of customers’ needs, in Russia and abroad, with high quality goods, ensuring the stable functioning of the enterprise, promoting the economic development of Russia.

The major production capacity is represented by machines manufactured in Germany, Finland and Japan. Under the strategic development program, full equipment of the production with high-tech modern outfit is provided.

   The main potential of the plant consists in the personnel. The staff number of CJSC "Murom" as of 01.01.09 totaled 1,346 people.
